WHS Roofing & Guttering Services offers a range of services, including cleaning, repairs to pre-existing works, replacements, and new installations. Our new installations come with a ten-year guarantee as standard, subject to the terms outlined below.
Payment Terms:
2.1. Payment Methods: Customers can make payments using cash or bank transfer, as per their preference. For bank transfer, payment details will be provided at the point of booking.
2.2. Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total balance is required to secure your booking. For last-minute bookings, the deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled work start date. For standard bookings, the deposit must be paid within 72 hours of making the booking in order to secure the date of the works. Failure to make the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
2.3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, and the customer's satisfaction with the services provided.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
3.1. Cancellation: Customers are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made within this timeframe may result in the loss of the deposit.
3.2. Rescheduling: While WHS Roofing & Guttering Services will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability cannot be guaranteed due to demand.
Guarantee for New Installations:
4.1. Coverage: WHS Roofing & Guttering Services provides a ten-year guarantee for new roofing and/or guttering installations. This guarantee covers installation errors and any defects in workmanship.
4.2. Material Warranty: Materials used in the guttering replacement and fascia board installation are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Material-related issues will be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
4.3. Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover blockages caused by debris, leaves, or other foreign materials, nor damages resulting from vandalism, accidents, natural disasters, or neglect by the property owner.
4.4. Repair or Replacement: In the event of any installation-related defects or workmanship issues within the guarantee period, WHS Roofing & Guttering Services will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected parts without additional charge.
4.5. Notification: To avail of this guarantee, customers must notify WHS Roofing & Guttering Services in writing or via email at info@whsroofingservices.com within ten (10) business days of identifying any issues covered under this guarantee.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing specific property details, especially related to access, during the initial quote. Additionally, customers are required to clear the area around the gutters and walls before the team's arrival.

Dispute Resolution:

WHS Roofing & Guttering Services reserves the right to use photographs taken of properties in our advertising and marketing materials. By engaging our services, you agree to the potential use of property photos for promotional purposes while maintaining the privacy and anonymity of the property's location and details.
